ABOUT LEADING FACTORS

A project controls partner for high-consequence work

Leading Factors is a project controls consultancy focused on DOE programs, national laboratories, and complex public infrastructure. We help owners and project teams deliver with clarity and control.

Who we are

We are a specialized team of project controls professionals with more than 20 years of experience in planning, scheduling, earned value management, and risk. Our work spans DOE O 413.3B line-item projects, national laboratory facilities, and major transportation, water, energy, and environmental programs.

As a small, focused firm, we combine big-project experience with the responsiveness of a close-knit team. Clients work directly with senior practitioners who understand both the technical requirements and the day-to-day realities of delivering complex projects.

How we work

Clarity over complexity

We design processes, schedules, and reports that busy project leads can actually use, not just documents that satisfy a checklist.

Honesty in the numbers

We believe in data that tells the truth, even when it is uncomfortable. Credible information is the foundation for good decisions and stakeholder trust.

Partnership, not staff-augmentation

We embed with your teams, coach CAMs and project managers, and help build lasting capability rather than just filling seats.
